Baidarie during its struggle for empowerment the poor and ultra-poor social segments  has enjoyed very good working relationship with the govt. departments i.e. Social Welfare Department,  Women Development Department, Punjab Labor & Human Resource  Department and district and Tehsil administrations. It also has enjoyed  very good working relationship with the  support agencies UN WOMEN, adidas, Amplify Change, National Endowment for Democracy, Trust for Democratic Education and Accountability (TDEA), Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund, The Asia Foundation, EC-EIDHR, UNICEF,  British High Commission, DFID, CIDA-PSU,  CIDA-PAGE, SCF (UK),  NCHD, DTCE, TVO, GFW (US), Muslim Charity Fund (UK) , Awaiting Eyes Foundation (UK), Punjab Business Skill Fund, Corporate Sector, vocational training institutes, Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Sports Good Manufacturers Association, Pakistan Gloves Manufacturers and Exporters Association   and Local support structures.

Linkages & Networking

During the 27 years of operational life, Baidarie has developed following linkages which render useful support and assistance for success of the organizational initiatives.

  1. Local communities, home based & domestic women and girls workers and their groups, CBOs and NGOs, DLVGs, YVGs, DLMG, social activists and political leadership for having easy access to the right holders.
  2. District & Tehsil level administrations in Gujranwala division, Primary & Secondary Health Department, Social Welfare Department, Labor Department, Women Development Department. They can help in providing administrative and technical support during implementation of the project.
  3. Benazir Crisis Management Center, Legal fraternity, Women Ombudsman Punjab. All of these can provide facilitative support and assistance in addressing issues relating domestic violence and harassment at workplace, if any.
  4. In addition to UN WOMEN, International Labor Organization,   The Asia Foundation, Home Net Pakistan, South Asia Partnership-Pk, Punjab Skill Development Fund and other relevant stakeholders in society and government may also provide needed support and assistance during the project implementation.
