• Capacity Development of 75 UC secretaries for good governance.
• 160 youth trained for local development initiatives.
• Local development schemes implemented in 20 Urban Wards and 140 rural locations.
• 100% adults in 160 locations to receive CNICs.
• Efficient local government system established.
• 8,000 voters trained for rational decision-making during elections.
• 320 polling agents trained for legal roles.
• 65% overall voter turnout and 70% women voter turnout in next elections.
